The tour will proceed as scheduled under normal circumstances. However, in the event of cancellation due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the full tour fee will be refunded.

Cancellations will incur the following fees:
10 to 8 days before the tour: 20% of the tour fee
7 to 2 days before the tour: 30% of the tour fee
1 day before the tour: 50% of the tour fee
On the day of the tour or no-show: 100% of the tour fee -
