茶の遊 鈴おき Cha no Yu Suzuki
遠州流茶道師範・鈴置宗善氏が営む、茶道と美食が融合した日本料理店。築120年の茶屋建築を活かした空間で、朝食と茶事を楽しむ「朝茶」を通して、金沢ならではの茶の湯文化をご体験いただけます。
A Japanese restaurant operated by Sozen Suzuoki, a master of the Enshu School of Tea Ceremony, where the art of tea and fine cuisine come together. Set in a beautifully restored 120-year-old traditional teahouse, guests can experience Kanazawa's unique tea ceremony culture through a special Morning Tea (Asacha) program, which combines a traditional breakfast with an authentic tea gathering.
ご飯と味噌汁から始まる朝の茶懐石は、旬を大切に。
新鮮な加賀野菜や自家製の味噌なども使用し、和食に精通した料理人がその技術を駆使して一品一品丁寧に仕上げております。
Our Morning ChaKaiseki begins with freshly cooked rice and miso soup, embracing the richness of seasonal ingredients. Fresh Kaga vegetables, homemade miso, and other carefully selected local produce are used to create each dish, which is thoughtfully prepared by a chef specializing in Japanese cuisine with refined techniques and meticulous attention to detail.
茶事は本来、掛け軸や花を鑑賞する時間も
含め約4時間を要するものですが、
鈴おきではより気軽に体験していただけるよう、
茶懐石と茶道の間に余白のひとときを設けつつ、約1時間でお愉しみになれる
工夫をしております。

A traditional tea ceremony (chanoyu) can take around four hours, including time to appreciate the hanging scroll, seasonal flowers, and the atmosphere of the tea room. At Suzuoki, we have designed a more approachable experience that allows guests to enjoy the essence of tea ceremony cuisine and tea culture in approximately one hour.
After the meal, the sound of the gong marks the beginning of the tea ceremony experience.
食後は別室にて、
丁寧にお点てした薄茶を菓子と共にお召し上がりください。
茶道の精神性に感銘を受けた店主の心も感じ取ってくださいますと幸いです。
お茶碗を選んだりご自身でお茶を点てたりもしていただけますので、
ご希望の方は事前にお知らせください。
After the meal, you will be invited to a private room to enjoy a carefully prepared bowl of matcha accompanied by a traditional Japanese sweet. We hope you will also experience the host’s deep appreciation for the spirit and philosophy of tea ceremony.
Guests may also have the opportunity to select their own tea bowl and prepare their own matcha. If you would like to participate, please let us know in advance.
