We offer a heart-warming tea ceremony experience at Kenrokutei in Kenroku-en, one of Kanazawa’s most popular spot. Kenrokutei is a historic place where the lord once entertained important guests. In this wonderful setting, you can experience Kanazawa’s tea ceremony culture and Japanese traditions. The tea experience includes a demonstration of the tea procedure by the master, followed by an opportunity to make the tea yourself. There will also be an explanation of the basics of the tea ceremony and how to use tea utensils, so even those who are new to the tea ceremony can participate without worry.
